Data we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, country, the business registration details you enter, and any delivery address you provide. We also record basic technical data such as your session identifier and how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
To prepare and submit your request, to deliver your document, to provide support, to detect fraud, and to meet our legal obligations. We also use aggregated data to improve the service.
Card data
Card details are transmitted directly to our PCI DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary information with the register in order to obtain your document, and with our payment and email providers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, normally seven years, then delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@hkbusinessregister.com.
Cookies and measurement
We use essential storage to remember your progress through the form, and measurement tags to understand how visitors find and use the site.
hkbusinessregister.com is an independent private service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Inland Revenue Department or the Government of the Hong Kong SAR. Official documents can also be obtained directly from the IRD at ird.gov.hk, where only the official government fee applies. Our fee is a service fee for handling the request on your behalf.
