Terms of Service

hkbusinessregister.com is an independent private assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Inland Revenue Department or the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You may apply directly to the IRD at ird.gov.hk, where only the official government fee applies.

We prepare, check and submit a request for information from the Business Register on your behalf, and deliver the resulting document to you. We do not issue documents ourselves and we do not control the register's processing times or decisions.

Our fee is US$29.00 per application, which includes the official government fee and our handling charge. All fees are quoted and charged in US dollars and are payable in advance.

You must provide accurate and complete information, including the correct Business Registration Number and branch number. We are not responsible for delays or failed requests caused by inaccurate details you supply.

Stated timescales are estimates based on typical register processing. They are not guarantees. Postal delivery adds transit time outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
